⚠ Don't Guess Your Size — Measure for the Ride
98% of our returns are because the vest was ordered too small. Leather does not stretch, and your body changes shape and expands when you are in the saddle.

▶ The "Sit-Down" Rule: For our Big & Tall sizes (5XL - 12XL), we recommend adding 4 inches to your actual chest or belly measurement. This ensures the vest doesn't pinch or bind when you expand while sitting on your bike.

▶ Measure the Widest Point: If your belly is larger than your chest, use the belly measurement as your base. Always size up if you are between sizes or plan to wear your vest over a heavy hoodie.

• Measure your chest and waist at the largest part while wearing normal clothing.
• The measurements on the size chart are of the vest itself, these are not your measurements. For example, if your chest measures 60 inches, choose a size 7XL because the 6XL is cutting it a bit close and does not leave you any sit to expand room or breathing room. Most vests waists are about 2-4 inches smaller than the chest size so make sure you also measure your waist and get the best fit.
• If your waist is larger than your chest, take that into account. For example if your chest is 60" but your waist is 63 inches then you would need a waist size of at least 66-67 inches which would be a size 8XL or even 9XL, to take your waist measurement into account. Of course this means that it might be a bit big in the chest, but at least it won't be too tight.
