Size exchanges are simple and hassle free when the steps below are followed.
Please read this page before ordering to avoid delays or denied requests.
Hassle-Free Return Steps
- Submit the Return Authorization Request form below.
- Wait for our Return Authorization email with your RA number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back and reply to our email with your tracking number.
- Once your return is received and approved, we will process either a size exchange or store credit usable on any item in our store.
- For size exchanges, your replacement order ships as soon as processing is complete.
Following these steps exactly ensures fast, hassle-free processing. Returns sent outside this process are not accepted.

Detailed Policies
- Returns and exchanges require prior approval.
All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance through our Return Authorization process. Packages sent without approval or to an unauthorized address will be refused. - Requests must be submitted within strict time limits.
Requests must be submitted within five days of delivery. Christmas gift requests must be submitted within three days after Christmas. Requests outside these timeframes are denied without exception. - Returned items must meet condition requirements.
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, odor-free, and have all original tags attached. Items not meeting these requirements are rejected and returned at the customer’s expense. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping is covered only when an incorrect item was shipped due to our error. - Refunds are not offered, store credit only.
Refunds are not issued. Approved returns receive store credit only, less original shipping, handling, and any applicable fees. - Processing times may increase during holidays.
Processing times may increase during holidays or peak seasons. These delays do not qualify for cancellations or exceptions. - Customers are responsible for correct sizing.
Size charts are provided for reference only. Selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility. Fit issues are not considered defects. - Discounts cannot be reused on exchanges.
Discount codes, promotional offers, and coupons cannot be applied to exchanges, replacements, or store credit purchases. - Returns must follow authorization instructions exactly.
Returns must not be shipped until authorization and instructions are provided. We are not responsible for items shipped without approval or to an incorrect address. - Store credit expires after a set period.
Store credit is issued as a coupon code and expires 90 days from the date issued. Expired credit is forfeited and will not be reissued. - Restocking fees may apply.
A restocking fee of up to 25 percent may apply when exchanging items for a different brand or supplier. Fees are deducted from store credit. - Customers are responsible for address accuracy.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Any address correction or re-shipping fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility. - Order cancellations are limited.
Orders may only be cancelled before packaging begins. A cancellation or handling fee may apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once packaging or shipping has started. - Refused packages incur fees.
Refused or undeliverable packages are returned at the carrier’s expense. All carrier fees are deducted from store credit. - Partial orders ship as available.
Available items ship without delay. Charges apply only to shipped items. Unavailable items do not qualify for discounts or pricing adjustments. - Shipping delays are outside our control.
Once an order ships, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. - Print-on-Demand items have strict limitations.
Print-on-Demand items are made specifically for each order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production begins, except for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This was also agreed to at checkout when you digitally signed your agreement by checking the box. These policies apply to all orders without exception.
