Measure your chest and add 3-4 inches to get your vest size. For example, if your chest measures 43 inches, then order a size 46 vest. However, if your waist is larger than your chest, take into account that the waists are normally about 2-4 inches smaller than the chest, so if your waist is for example, 46 inches, you would need a size 52 or 54 to give you enough room in the waist.
